How do I register for Customer Service & Experience USA 2020?

What’s included in registration for the event?

If you are an end-user, you’ll receive full access to the virtual platform. This includes live and on-demand sessions, our digital networking suite and our digital exhibition.

IMPORTANT: If you’re a vendor/solution provider, you will receive access to the live sessions only – if you would like access to the networking opportunities so you can speak to insurance decision-makers, you should definitely consider our sponsorship opportunities.


Is the agenda exactly the same as what was advertised for the physical event, Customer Service Summit East?

No, there will be slight changes due to the rapidly changing nature of the customer service landscape at the moment, and so we want to ensure our agenda is relevant in November – However, all of the same challenges, themes and solutions will still be explored. We will still offer the same industry-leading speakers as well as some new speakers and exhibitors. You can You can find our new agenda here.


Will there be multiple sessions to choose from at a particular time?

We will not be running multiple streams simultaneously, but we will be grouping certain topics together. You can dip in and out of sessions and catch up on anything you missed. You can view our agenda here.


If I can’t make a session, will it be recorded, and can I watch it later?

Absolutely! Once sessions have been streamed live, Customer Service & Experience USA 2020 will allow you to watch a session on-demand whenever it suits.


Can I still connect with people who are attending the online event?

Yes you can, however this service is reserved for end users, digital exhibitors and sponsors. Customer Service & Experience USA 2020 offers a networking platform for you to connect and create those critical business relationships you would at the physical conference. How will the meetings work?
